Return Policy
Beads, jewelry, and other items may be returned for an exchange, a refund, or a Store Credit. If the item was defective or not as described there will be no charge. If it is returned for other reasons there may be a restocking charge.
Returns received within 21 days of the ship date are eligible for a refund or exchange.
Returns received more than 21 days after the ship date may be handled by an exchange OR a store credit.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Return/Exchange Instructions
Step 1
Request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by email orders@erinsbeads.com
Please reference your confirmation order number and include item number(s), quantity returned, color(s), size information and instructions indicating if you want a refund or an exchange. If you want an exchange, please indicate item number, color, and size information.
Step 2
When you receive an RMA Number, package the items to be returned and mark the outside of the package with the RMA Number.
Step 3

You are responsible for return postage and for insuring your package to guard against loss or damage.
If you request a refund:
We will issue a credit to your charge card, and we will send you an email confirmation. Once we issue a credit to your charge card, allow 1-3 business days for it to be posted to your account. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable
If you request an exchange:
We don't normally charge for shipping exchanges, but we reserve the right to do so when making an exchange for anything other than a defective item.
If there is a balance due you, we'll either issue a credit to your charge card or send you a refund check, depending on how you originally paid for your purchase. If there is a balance owed to us, we will charge the same card you used for your original purchase. We will send you an email confirmation when your exchange is shipped.
